We went through my food journal. Apparently I've been doing the whole "protein" thing way wrong. She gave me some tips. And we had to set a goal - get all food and nutrients in by 9:00pm. Did I mention I work 8am-12:30pm, 3pm-6pm, and on guard days I go straight to guard until 8:30 or 9? This should be fun. But I'm not getting frustrated... until Thursday, when I have that crazy hectic schedule.
The good news, though, is that I feel great, and I know I'm really accomplishing this goal. I don't care what the scale says (lie... I do care), I'm going to do it this time.

maybe you are getting ready to do another bigger loss. sometimes your body is trying to figure out just what your trying to do with it. Are you starving it? When it finds out that you are consistantly going to feed it to burn the fuel it will start to come off. stay strong.
