2 Pounds!

Well, I weighed in on Saturday and I have lost 2 pounds. Slow and steady! :) But the good news is people are starting to notice my loss. I am finally looking like I am losing weight, which is awesome! It appears as if I am losing inches more than pounds, and I'm finding that I have the shape I have always wanted! Once I'm thinner, much thinner, I will have a killer body, and I can't wait for the day that I look in the mirror and I look exactly how I have always wanted. It's coming, I know it is!

I am very consistent lately with my workouts. I go to the gym 4 times a week, and I am there for at least 45 minutes each time I'm there. Brenda and I are routinely twice a week, and I am LOVING martial arts!

That's all I have for today... I think I may take a nighttime swim before going to bed! :)
