I didn't do as well with my meal plan... I only had 3 meals today. But that's just a Saturday for you! :) I had a late breakfast (mom made coffee cake, SUPER YUM!) at like 11:30, so that kind of threw me off a bit because I'm used to 11:30 being my second meal! Oh well... still feels like a successful day!
My workout was was great. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5, then I did the weight loss program on the Arc Trainer for 20 minutes! But let's not talk about how 1/2 way through the Arc Trainer workout my iPod went flying and I had to pause my workout, which then cancelled the workout... I went back and finished the last 10 minutes of course, but I was ticked for the first like 2 minutes! LOL!
That's all for now. Kind of an uneventful day. Tomorrow will probably be much the same. Then I start work on Monday! WAHOOOOOO! Have a great day tomorrow!
